Flow into your true self

What is flow by Miropa?

Flow by Miropa is a set of yoga exercises that help you connect with your soul, to better hear your true self through movement and body work.

The human is a combination of three parts: body, mind, and soul.

Life becomes easier when we live not just from very grounded emotional body level in the survival mode,

but from our Higher Self — from more spiritual level of awareness when you know for sure: you are not just a body but you are a spirit living in a body, and you have mind that helps you to realize that and manage this “avatar”.

When the connection with your soul is strong, everything in the material world — relationships, money, family, career, or health — comes in the easier and more creative way.

Things like emotional blocks, negative family patterns and childhood trauma are blocking this connection.

To release them, I offer simple set of strength and stretching exercises that help clear these blocks from the body through the intentional movement.

At the beginning of each class, we set an intention — what we want to achieve through the practice.

Our mind focuses on this intention, and the body naturally releases negative patterns from the subconsciousness during the flow — just like digestion or breathing occurs naturally.
