Why is AI mind coach a revolutionary game changer in the personal growth and mental health improvement ?

Today, we have the pleasure of speaking with the author of methodology Compehensive personality transformation, founder of start-up, mentor and mindset coach Miropa Wells. In this interview, we will delve into the inspiration behind this transformative method, which became the foundation of the app, explore the intricate processes involved, and understand how this approach can satisfy unmet customers needs on the personal growth specialists/features market.


—Miropa, can you describe your professional and personal background that led you to where you're at now?


I have been doing sports my whole life and I was a rhythmic gymnast for more than 10 years. At the age of 19, I have already started master classes for kids. After moving to the US I graduated at National Academy of sport medicine and got into physical body training in California. Most of my clients approached me with the request to lose weight.

But, because only 2% of all clients either online or in person training could reach their goals, I realized that external tools like counting calories and grueling workouts wouldn’t work until the moment you would start working with your psyche. I started studying psychology closely related to body-oriented therapy and got involved into growth mindset practicing. I kept exploring the question of transformation and got convinced that mind is primary. I have such a diverse expertise in personal training and consulting people (all before the age of 30) about transformation that I was able to unite all my knowledges about body, soul, conscious and subconscious mind into my own author's method of Comprehensive personality transformation (CPT).  Today  thousands people have already changed their lives using my methodology.


—Could you elaborate on the step-by-step process of your method? Why is it so unique?


In the process of personality transformation the way of thinking is playing the key role. A physical conditions, the amount of money on the bank account and the quality of relationships change accordingly to changes in mindest. Step-by-step process looks like this:

First is  the diagnostic, I assess human personality to identify the core of problem and predefined blocks in the subconsciousness, ancestral destructive programs and psychological traumas which don’t allow person to get what he/she wants to be happy.

After diagnostics I compose special phrases and offer to pronounce them to my client. These phrases erase the destructive programs from subconsciousness. This process based on scientifically proven theories from epigenetics that words are programming codes for our brains.


—Wow! It is fantastic! What inspired you to courageously create an AI mind coach ?


While we haven’t launched the actual app yet, I still consult my clients in manual mode every day by Comprehensive personality transformation method. But obviously, time and human skills are so limited, and I can do 5 consultations per day the maximum. This is the main reason why I decided to create the app, because I wanted to scale and help millions of people who are struggling with their lives. 


— Could you explain how it became possible to create an AI mind coach given that understanding feelings and emotions typically requires empathy, which is seen as a key factor in personality transformation and mental health improvement? Doesn’t this concept of empathy pose a contradiction in the context of AI-based advisor?


Empathy is indeed a fundamental aspect of human interaction and therapeutic practice, however the specific framework of my method serves as a foundation of the artificial intelligence algorithm very well. That's why it became possible to exclude the human factor in diagnostics of person’s problems and smart generating the solution.


— How did you ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the AI in providing practical advice?


It is super accurate because system we are developing has an ability for the mental process of acquiring knowledge and understanding how to unite and analyze all this information about personality to give the precise answers to any questions or find the solutions for any problems with relationships, career, money and overall mental health. But of course a massive amount of time we spend on testing and fixing errors.


— What ethical considerations did you take into account when developing the AI mind coach? How do you ensure user privacy and data security?


Protecting user data and ensuring privacy are our top priorities. AI mind coach complies with data protection regulations and implement robust security measures to safeguard sensitive information shared during therapy sessions. Our users will provide the informed consent before engaging with an AI. This includes understanding the capabilities, limitations, and potential risks associated with the technology, as well as how their data will be used and protected.

As a developer I am absolutely transparent about the functionality, algorithms, and decision-making processes of my technology.  Users have the right to know how the AI interprets their input, generates responses, and processes data to provide therapeutic support.


— Can you share what the most common request of your clients?


Definitely! The destiny… people are looking for themselves. 9 out of 10 clients approached with the request what to do for the career? We are living in very interesting times of the biggest uncertainty. The social norms don’t work anymore, if before people knew they have to go to college then university, then you have to get married and till your 30s have your first kid. Now it is not necessary. We have such a freedom that we don’t know what to do with this. With such a fast course of development the new technologies people simply can’t catch up, we have so many new professions like reels maker or backend developer, and some of the professions are already died.


— Are you scared of it ? That progress in AI technologies will make even more changes? What are your plans for the future of the app? Are there any new features or developments on the horizon?


Not at all, I had too many hours of psychotherapy to be scared)))

We have to adapt and learn how to be happy, this is why I do what I do, I want to lead people to the full integrity and happy life through the deep understanding of themselves. I truly believe this is possible! The technologies make our lives easier and faster. So, we have to be grateful for it.

As for the features in the app, my eventual goal that people will use the app every day. In addition to the therapeutic part and solving a person’s problem, AI will generate mind exercises for every day, it's like you train your body at the gym, one workout can't be super impactful, you have to be consistent.
